🌍 Do you ship outside of Egypt?

Currently, our partnered couriers only deliver within Egypt.
International shipping is not available yet — but we plan to expand soon 🌐

🛠️ What if the product has a manufacturing defect?

Your satisfaction matters!
If your item arrives damaged or has a clear defect:

  • You can request a full refund or exchange at no extra charge.

🔁 Can I return or exchange a product?

Yes, we offer returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order — no questions asked — as long as:

  • The product is in original condition

  • Not used, worn, or damaged

Please note:

  • If the reason is not a defect, customers cover the shipping cost.

  • Refunds are sent to your preferred electronic wallet (Vodafone Cash, etc.) after we receive and inspect the returned item.
